    Cloudflare has advised that they have resolved the issue, and we are pleased to advised that Loop services have been returned to normal.

    We will continue to monitor to ensure that there are no further adverse effects from this outage.

    We are aware of issues with accessing Loop currently.

     

    This is due to a Global Outage with our DNS Provider (Cloudflare) - Loop and many other websites may be impacted.

     

    We will provide an update on services once we receive more information.

Issues with some connected services in Loop

    This incident has been resolved by Xero. Thanks for your patience

    We have been advised by Xero that they are still experiencing issues in relation to last night's AWS outage. This is impacting the connection from Loop to Xero and will mean that invoicing is not able to sync to and from Xero at this time.

    We will update you when the issue with Xero has been resolved.

    AWS Services seem to be recovering, and we can see that these connected components within Loop are working again.

    We will continue to monitor these services and provide any relevant updates.
