Mouse Scrolling in Loop
  • Resolved
    Resolved

As advised previously, the scrolling issue within Loop was caused by a recent update to Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I'm pleased to advise that our Developers have implemented a fix in response to this browser change, which was deployed last night and is now active in your Loop instance. No further action should be required.

If you do continue to experience any issues, please close any open Loop windows and reopen them to ensure the fix is applied.

    Identified

We wanted to make you aware of a recently identified issue affecting mouse scroll wheel behaviour within Loop.

Some users have reported that scrolling does not function as expected when using the latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. At this stage, our investigation indicates that the behaviour is related to recent browser updates rather than a change within Loop itself.

That said, we are actively investigating the issue to determine whether there are any adjustments or workarounds our development team can implement to improve compatibility or mitigate the impact.

What you can do in the meantime

    • Scroll bars are still functional and can be used to navigate Loop.

    • If possible, using an alternative browser version or another supported browser may temporarily resolve the issue.

    • Keyboard scrolling and other navigation methods should continue to work as normal.

We appreciate your patience while we look into this further and will provide updates as soon as we have more information or a resolution to share.

If you have any questions or notice additional details that may help our investigation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team via email - support@looplogics.com
