Loop - Photo upload issues on Android devices – Incident details

We were made aware of an issue where customers were experiencing issues uploading photos on some Android devices when using the mobile version of Loop. We have completed an investigation into the cause of this issue and can confirm the issue itself is as a result of a browser update.

The impacted browsers are Google Chrome (version 142.0.7444.48) and Microsoft Edge (version 142.0.3595.66). Google has confirmed the bug with the most recent update and released an updated version - please head to the Google Play store to update. Microsoft Edge is due to release an update in the first week of December to rectify the issue.

We will continue to monitor the browsers performance.

As discussed above, Loop (along with a large number of other mobile compatible software programs) were impacted by the most recent Android browser update causing an inability to upload photos. We want to reassure you that Loop continues to operate as normal.
